4. Independent Contractor Status

As a contractor, you are not an employee of ZYLOWORK. You are responsible for your own taxes and insurance.

  • You control when, where, and how you work.
  • You are responsible for your own legal obligations.
5. Platform Use and Conduct

When using ZYLOWORK, you must follow these guidelines:

6. Work Requirements and Standards

7. Termination

You can terminate your relationship with ZYLOWORK at any time, but we require notice and adherence to our terms.

  • Voluntary termination: Notify us at least 14 days in advance.
  • Involuntary termination: Immediate removal for breach of terms.

If there is a dispute, you must attempt to resolve it informally before seeking formal legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability
